Beyond the Bean

Roseline values every step of coffee process from sustainable sourcing to carefully crafting their roasting practices around the seasonality and origin of the beans they source. 

Finding an optimal roast profile for a given bean is often a labor intensive and time consuming process, but we believe that the only way to fully respect the intrinsic qualities of that bean is to tailor our roast to each lot.

As any other crop, different coffees are "in season" at different times. The texture and flavor are totally dependent on the terroir for each individual farm/area, as well as how it's roasted and brewed.  

Rather than seeking to mask a coffee's given varietal, its terroir or processing, we work to highlight those properties, knowing they'll ultimately contribute to the aesthetic and enjoyment of the finished product.

MiiR Flagship will be featuring Roseline's single origin roasts as their pour-over for November.
