A classic cocktail that's been around since the 1940's that tastes great and looks classy. This recipe was born when an owner of a ginger beer company and the owner of a vodka company needed to increase the popularity of their products to Americans. They put a couple ounces of vodka into a few ounces of ginger beer and topped it off with some citrus. They took a sip and turns out, it was pretty good. Try for yourself!
Ingredients
1/2 a lime
2 ounces vodka
4 to 6 ounces chilled ginger beer
How to make it
Squeeze lime into Copper Camp Cup and drop in the spent lime shell. Fill glass with ice and add vodka; top with chilled ginger beer!
Not into vodka? Make it a Kentucky Mule by using bourbon instead of vodka.
