Recipe: Smoked Salmon Tacos

In search of that special someone with a shared passion for the sea, flavorful palate, adventurous spirit, and, always prepared for an impromptu feast. Enjoys long walks on the beach, white sand between the toes, picnics in the sunset, and salmon. 
This quick salmon taco recipe is light, fresh, and perfect for you and your newly found or tastefully seasoned partner. 
1 packet Patagonia Provisions Wild Sockeye Salmon
1 lime
1 cup arugula
1/2 avocado
8-10 Cherry Tomatoes
2-4 fresh corn tortillas

Slice and dice your avocado and diced tomatoes ahead of time and store in a Food Canister for protected travel.
Prewarm and foil wrap your fresh corn shells or heat over a portable camp stove. 
Fill your taco shell with arugula, tomato, avocado, and salmon.
A squeeze of lime to taste.
Drizzle a little of the seasoned oil from the salmon packet over your taco for extra flavor.
