Product Description
Lost or broke your seal? Our interior accordion-style seal replacement compresses to kick out oxygen and lock in flavor, and an easy grip, intended for use ONLY with our Coffee Canister.
Care
Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not overfill. Accordion-style seal does not play well with water. To clean, wipe with damp cloth. Do not submerge, rinse or put in dishwasher.
CAUTION: Choking hazard, may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years.
Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business day of purchase, M-F. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact at hello@miir.com.
MiiR uses FedEx, UPS, and USPS (depending on the best rate) for shipments within the contiguous United States unless an expedited option is selected by the customer.
2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 7:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

You asked for a review, So here it is. 1) customer service was top-notch. I asked about replacement all they required was a picture of the staccato looking code on the bottom of the coffee canister. 2) This Part should not have broke on a $30 canister. I would recommend this plastic part be replaced with a metal part that can stand up to everyday use. 3) there isn’t a 3 really. I didn’t understand their star rating system so I didn’t. With the exception of the flaw I would recommend it.

Since mine broke quickly I have asked for a replacement and I have got it for free and I am grateful. I have got now receipt for shipping which I think is a mistake, but anyhow if I should pay shipping it is also good and thank you so much

I managed to get the coffee can at the REI Garage Sale, but it was missing the seal. I love that I can buy parts to things at Miir. This means longer use out of the coffee can and less waste out in the world.
