*Note that changes in elevation and exposure to high temperature environments may create pressure inside your bottle. Safely release it by slightly twisting the Straw Lid open and closed before opening the spout.

I’d only suggest that the part of the relief valve that is under the “handle” be made more user friendly for relieving the pressure or vacuum that develops inside the bottle.

As previous reviews stated it is at times very noisy, but can be fixed by kind of toggling the air spout. Overall though not a huge bother considering the lid fits really well and functions as intended.

The straws were too tall for my cup which is no problem to cut them but when I use it there is no air intake so taking a sip is a little more annoying than just taking the top off. Still glad I have it as an option for my Miir bottle!

I've owned the wide mouth Miir bottle for a long time now and I absolutely love the aesthetics. I get a lot of compliments on my Topo Designs Miir. Even though I like the wide mouth bottle, one of the drawbacks is requiring two hands to drink, which makes it a non-starter when driving. But now with this new lid, it's much easier to drink while I'm driving or even just taking a sip of water in the middle of the night. The lid comes cleverly packed with two straws, using no additional plastic (good job Miir). There is also a ruler measure to tell you where to cut the straw depending on the size of your bottle.
