HYDRATION RETURN POLICY

If received a product directly from miir.com and would like to return or exchange it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or web-store credit for exchange. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.

BICYCLE RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as a 15% re-stocking fee. Beyond the first 7 days of receiving your order, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received by MiiR and damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.
