All MiiR products are constructed of premium, 18/8 (18% chromium, 8% nickel) medical grade
stainless steel. Our bottle lids are made of BPA free polypropylene #5, and our press fit
lids are made of Eastman Tritan™. Both of these plastics have been tested and neither are
known to leach harmful chemicals or present health risks. They carry no bisphenols (BPA, BPS,
etc.), estrogenic activity (EA or estrogen leaching) or androgenic activity (AA or
testosterone leaching). With the exception of products offered in natural stainless steel,
all MiiR products are finished with a durable Hardshell™ powder coating to protect and
preserve your product’s appearance.
Is my MiiR dishwasher safe?
Though technically dishwasher safe, for the longest term product satisfaction, especially for
products with a Hardshell™ powder coat finish and/or custom design or finish, we recommend hand
washing your MiiR in hot, soapy water with a long-handled soft bristle brush. Extremely high
water temperatures and the rigorous environment of a dishwasher will deteriorate these finishes
over time. All MiiR lids are easily hand washed and are also top rack dishwasher safe.
Can my MiiR go in the freezer?
No. Freezing temperatures can damage the insulation properties of your
insulated MiiR (and if sealed, the vacuum insulation will prevent the inside
from becoming cold anyway). To carry the coldest of contents in your insulated MiiR,
simply fill with ice and enjoy.
Can my MiiR go in the microwave?
No. All MiiR products are made of stainless steel and are not safe to put in the microwave.
Can my sealed MiiR hold carbonated beverages?
Our growlers, howlers, pints and cups are all designed to carry carbonated beverages.
All other products, including those with twist off, straw and travel lids are not
intended for carbonated beverages.
The inside of my MiiR has developed stubborn stains. How do I safely remove them?
Never use bleach or chlorine. Instead, we recommend one of the following:
• Use an all natural cleaning tablet like Bottle Bright
• Pour a solution of white distilled vinegar and warm water (1:5 ratio) into your MiiR and let soak for 10 minutes
• Create a paste with baking soda and warm water and gently scrub the paste directly onto stains with a soft bristled brush
My MiiR has developed some white patches. Is this normal?
From time to time you may notice cloudy white spots on your Hardshell™ powder coated MiiR
product, particularly after running in the dishwasher (for long term product satisfaction,
we recommend hand washing). These come from mineral deposits found in the water your MiiR
comes into contact with. To remove, simply boil a small amount of water and carefully pour
directly over white spots, and they should clear right up.
Help! My Tumbler/Camp Cup press fit lid is leaking.
Take a look at the rubber gasket on your press fit lid, as it may have become twisted.
Adjust as needed until the ridges of the black gasket are facing outward for the entire
circumference to create a consistent, airtight seal when pressed into place. For additional

Help! My insulated MiiR is making a rattling sound.
Inside the walls of our insulated products is a tiny piece of welded metal that acts
as a moisture trap during the vacuum insulation process of production. Rarely will this
piece become dislodged and cause rattling. Though this incident will not affect the
overall performance of your product, we’re happy to make it right and get you set you

Lifetime Warranty & Return Policy
All MiiR products purchased from MiiR.com come with a limited lifetime warranty against
manufacturer defects for the life of the product. Please note that normal wear and tear
including scratches, dings and other marks are not covered under this warranty. Manufacturer
defects include but are not limited to: micro leaks, rough welds and damages sustained prior
to first use.
You may return your MiiR in perfect, unused condition for a refund or credit.
