What is my MiiR made of?
All MiiR products are constructed of premium, 18/8 (18% chromium, 8% nickel) medical grade stainless steel. Our bottle lids are made of BPA free polypropylene #5, and our press fit lids are made of Eastman Tritan™. Both of these plastics have been tested and neither are known to leach harmful chemicals or present health risks. They carry no bisphenols (BPA, BPS, etc.), estrogenic activity (EA or estrogen leaching) or androgenic activity (AA or testosterone leaching). With the exception of products offered in natural stainless steel, all MiiR products are finished with a durable Hardshell™ powder coating to protect and preserve your product’s appearance.
Is my MiiR dishwasher safe?
Though technically dishwasher safe, for the longest term product satisfaction, especially for products with a Hardshell™ powder coat finish and/or custom design or finish, we recommend hand washing your MiiR in hot, soapy water with a long-handled soft bristle brush. Extremely high water temperatures and the rigorous environment of a dishwasher will deteriorate these finishes over time. All MiiR lids are easily hand washed and are also top rack dishwasher safe.
Can my MiiR go in the freezer?
No. Freezing temperatures can damage the insulation properties of your insulated MiiR (and if sealed, the vacuum insulation will prevent the inside from becoming cold anyway). To carry the coldest of contents in your insulated MiiR, simply fill with ice and enjoy.
Can my MiiR go in the microwave?
No. All MiiR products are made of stainless steel and are not safe to put in the microwave.
Can my sealed MiiR hold carbonated beverages?
Our growlers, howlers, pints and cups are all designed to carry carbonated beverages. All other products, including those with twist off, straw and travel lids are not intended for carbonated beverages.
The inside of my MiiR has developed stubborn stains. How do I safely remove them?
Never use bleach or chlorine. Instead, we recommend one of the following:
• Use an all natural cleaning tablet like Bottle Bright
• Pour a solution of white distilled vinegar and warm water (1:5 ratio) into your MiiR and let soak for 10 minutes
• Create a paste with baking soda and warm water and gently scrub the paste directly onto stains with a soft bristled brush
My MiiR has developed some white patches. Is this normal?
From time to time you may notice cloudy white spots on your Hardshell™ powder coated MiiR product, particularly after running in the dishwasher (for long term product satisfaction, we recommend hand washing). These come from mineral deposits found in the water your MiiR comes into contact with. To remove, simply boil a small amount of water and carefully pour directly over white spots, and they should clear right up.
Help! My Tumbler/Camp Cup press fit lid is leaking.
Take a look at the rubber gasket on your press fit lid, as it may have become twisted. Adjust as needed until the ridges of the black gasket are facing outward for the entire circumference to create a consistent, airtight seal when pressed into place. Help! My insulated MiiR is making a rattling sound.
Inside the walls of our insulated products is a tiny piece of welded metal that acts as a moisture trap during the vacuum insulation process of production. Rarely will this piece become dislodged and cause rattling. Though this incident will not affect the overall performance of your product, we’re happy to make it right and get you set you up with a replacement. Contact us at hello@miir.com or 888-746-5762.

Fill your cart at MiiR.com, enter in the recipient’s name and shipping address when prompted, and complete your order. We do not offer personalized messages at this time, so we recommend you share shipping information directly with the recipient.

Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business day of purchase, M-F. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at hello@miir.com MiiR uses USPS on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless an expedited option is selected by the customer.
2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 11:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping to Hawaii: All orders shipping to Hawaii will ship USPS unless the customer selects an expedited service. Air freight to Hawaii has become very limited and as a result orders shipping to Hawaii may take an additional three weeks when traveling by boat.
How do I check my order status?
From your account page, click “order history” to view all past orders. Click on the order number for tracking information.
Lifetime Warranty & Return Policy
MiiR Camp Cup, Tumbler, Wide Mouth Bottle, Vacuum-insulated Bottle, Narrow Mouth Bottle, Food Canister, Growler, Howler, Can Chiller and Bags carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. MiiR will replace any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available. Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, and other marks are not covered under the MiiR warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not cover products that have been altered in any way, improperly maintained, or misused, abused, or neglected.
You may return your MiiR in perfect, unused condition for a refund or credit. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@miir.com If you believe your decorated MiiR product is subject to a manufacturer defect, please email us at hello@miir.com and we will be happy to replace it with blank MiiR product.
Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:
Broken or Leaking Caps
If your lid breaks or you notice a leak due to a defect please contact our Warranty Department at hello@miir.com. Please note you will be required to send us a photo of your lid and Give Code, located on the base of your product, to validate the claim.
Vessels that seem to have lost their insulating properties
You can test the insulation of your vessel at home with very hot water. Pour hot water directly into the vessel, filling it all the way to the brim. Do not hold the vessel while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the flask. After a couple minutes, feel the outside of the vessel. If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a warranty replacement. Please note that in this case “vessel” does not include single wall products as they are not intended to insulate.
Rattling Vessels
If you hear a rattling sound within your MiiR product what has likely happened has to do with a tiny piece of metal welded inside the walls to act as a moisture trap during the vacuum insulation process. Occasionally this piece can be dislodged and cause rattling. This will not impact the performance of your vessel, but MiiR will honor the replacement of your vessel.
Vessels that are damaged during the shipping process
Please contact our Customer Support team if you ordered your vessel from MiiR.com and it has arrived damaged. You may be required to mail the damaged product back in which case we will email you a shipping label to return the damaged vessel. In most cases damage can be confirmed by emailing pictures of the product and the package it was received in to hello@miir.com. A replacement vessel will be mailed to you once damage is confirmed either by inspecting the returned product or through photo evidence.
For products purchased from one of MiiR’s retail partners all claims of products damaged in shipping must be directed to the original point of purchase. This includes purchases made through the MiiR store on Amazon.com. If you are located outside of the United States, we can direct you to the distributor nearest you to handle your claim.

Warranty claims will only be approved by MiiR if the product was purchased from a MiiR dealer or MiiR.com. Warranty claims for products purchased from the MiiR store on Amazon.com must be processed through Amazon directly. This warranty is limited to the usable lifetime of the MiiR product. The warranty provided by MiiR only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: improper use or misuse of the product, damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembling, alterationing, or modifying; or damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Force Majeure.
Please note your Warranty Claim will be replaced with a vessel of the same size and color. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color of equal or greater MSRP value. For Limited Time Offerings we will do our best to replace your product with an identical product. If an identical product is not available we will replace it with an equivalent product based on availability. Unfortunately, replacements under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a product with a custom logo, we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your return product. Those that have purchased engraved products through our personalization on MiiR.com will get a laser etched product as a replacement under our warranty replacement policy.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OFFERED BY MIIR FOR THE PRODUCTS AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF USE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MIIR’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO ITS PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES ONLY, AND MIIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL MIIR’S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM EXCEED THE MSRP OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT.
Do I really get free shipping?
MiiR offers free shipping within the United States on orders totaling $75 or more after discounts, before taxes.
Do you ship web orders internationally?
