How do I reserve the MiiR Flagship meeting room?
Reservation requests are taken on a first come, first serve basis. Please refer to the calendar above for availability. The room can be reserved during normal business hours: 7am-7pm M-F 8am-7pm Saturday and 9am-5pm Sundays.
How many friends can I bring with me?
The room can comfortably seat up to 24 folks! There’s standing room for more, and the tables can be adjusted to best suit your needs.
I’ve got pretty pictures on my device that I want the whole world to see, how can I share them with everyone?
Our meeting space has a projector with hookups for Mac and PC computers, and is also equipped with an Apple TV for all your streaming needs.
Can we order pizzas for our meeting?
We have a selection of sandwiches, salads, and snacky small bites available throughout the day. If you’re planning to have a longer meeting and would like to provide snacks for your group, we ask that you adhere to a “carry-in, carry-out” policy for extra snacks and waste!
Can my band have our rehearsal in your space?
Even though the room has excellent acoustics, we ask that you respect other Flagship guests. Even if you’re an acoustic trio, we ask that reservation guests and their noise remain contained to the room itself. Feel free to put up a poster of your next gig though!
How much does it cost to reserve the space?
The room is rented at a rate of $50/hr, with a 10% discount for ongoing recurring meetings. If your team meets twice or more a month make a note below and we can find a regular time to join us. We also offer a 20% discount to our B-Corp co-members and non-profit organizations.
What else is included in the room?
In addition to the projector and audio setup, we also have a classroom sized whiteboard with dry erase markers, and a large corkboard with pushpins. You will also find pens, pencils, markers, highlighters, and paper and sticky notes in a range of sizes to help inspire your next great idea!
