2025 Impact Report

MiiR is committed to meaningful change, and each year we aim to enhance the rigor and depth of our impact reporting.
Our approach has evolved from sharing a handful of initiatives to providing a more comprehensive account of our core impact goals. This report outlines key initiatives, tracks our progress, and ensures accountability.

2025 was a year of both reflection and momentum at MiiR
As we celebrated our 15th anniversary, we found ourselves not just looking back at how far we’ve come, but leaning into what’s possible when generosity, creativity, and purpose continue to guide our path forward.
This report shares the stories, data, and commitments that reflect both our progress and where we’re headed next. View the full report below, or browse our 2025 snapshot on this page.

People are at the center of how MiiR operates. Across teams, locations, and disciplines, employees bring different perspectives and experiences that shape how we collaborate, make decisions, and grow together. While the work may look different across the company, it is connected by shared values and a commitment to doing good work with care.

Generosity
At MiiR, generosity is more than a practice - it’s part of who we are. Each year, we channel a portion of our revenue to nonprofits tackling pressing social and environmental challenges. In this section, we reflect on the difference we’ve made together and share our vision for the future of giving at MiiR.
Giving Since Inception
For the past few years, we’ve dreamed of amplifying our impact.
In 2025, we took the first step by incorporating The MiiR Foundation - an independently operated nonprofit, supported by MiiR, dedicated exclusively to issuing grants to nonprofits.
Responsibility
Responsibility at MiiR isn't something we bolt on at the end. It’s considered from the start, shaping how we design, who we work with, and what our products are made from. This section offers an honest look at the progress we’re making toward ethical partnerships and lower-impact materials, while recognizing that the work continues to evolve.
