Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.

I received a KISS branded MIIR Flip Tumbler as a gift and needed a good brush to clean it out. (It gets used daily as my main coffee cup!) Being a little OCD, I decided to check out the MIIR website to see if they had any matching cleaning accessories and was happy to see they had a brush specially designed for this tumbler available. The shipping was very quick and I received updates on the delivery via text (which I appreciated). Once the brush arrived, I was impressed on the build quality. It seems it will last quite a long time. Also, the bristles are also surprisingly soft so they aren't going to scratch anything, but tough enough to clean the inside of my cup. It is a perfect fit not only for my prized KISS coffee cup but also for many other pint glasses and mugs that are kinda hard to clean. Looks like KISS partnered with a very reputable company! I'm impressed with the quality and service of this product. Now if there was only a KISS logo on it......(>: Rock on! Wayne (from California)

after using scratchy bottle brushes on previous bottles, many of which were too wide or too short, i'm delighted with this purchase. it reaches all the way down and doesn't scrape the sides, but does a good job cleaning. excellent!

The metal handle really makes all the difference - the brush cleans well, and is long enough to get into every nook & crevice of your bottle. The bristles are plush but also soft, so it's gentle and doesn't scratch (especially great when you clean out other non-stainless steel bottles, like a Nalgene). Didn't realize a bottle brush could be made so well!
