Product Description
The Flip Traveler keeps your morning coffee or tea hot or cold longer with a leak proof lid that prevents you from spilling your drink. Featuring double wall vacuum insulated design, this stainless steel Flip Traveler will fit in both your cup holder and daily routine.
Care
Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended. Lid top rack dishwasher safe. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not overfill.
CAUTION: Choking hazard, may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years.
Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business day of purchase, M-F. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact at hello@miir.com.
MiiR uses USPS on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless an expedited option is selected by the customer.
2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 11:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping to Hawaii
All orders shipping to Hawaii will ship USPS unless the customer selects an expedited service. Air freight to Hawaii has become very limited and as a result orders shipping to Hawaii may take an additional three weeks when traveling by boat.

This purchase was my third flip traveler. Great size and shape fits cup holders and bike water bottle cage. Keeps coffee hot all day. Downside is the lid and limited options for replacements. Two unlucky drops one just chipped the latch but still usable, the second cracked the lid to be unusable. With other brands I can purchase replacement lids locally, but for this I had to pay $10+tax and shipping. Which we did because we like it, but that could be improved. Also the lid design makes my boyfriend get coffee drip on his nose when he drinks. Eventually, the rubber gasket may need replaced, but the simplicity of this seal makes sense so I’ll figure that out if it happens.

Pretty mug, a few design flaws
Bought this for my husband as a gift. Personalized it, too (love that they offer this service). It's a gorgeous color and texture. However, the walls are very thin so the ice in his iced coffee melted together and formed one large chunk that came sliding into his face. Why was the lid off? Because there's not enough space between the flip top and the edge of the mug for him to take a sip. Overall I'm bummed, but I could see this working for someone else (e.g. if you drink exclusively hot beverages and/or have a small face/nose). FYI we did a shake test and it doesn't leak.
