Product Description
Crafted with Thermo 3D® Double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel, the New Standard Carafe keeps coffee hot longer. Ditch glass for a more durable carafe construction that goes everywhere you need coffee. Equipped with the Carafe Press-fit Lid and compatible with the Leakproof 360 Lid, the New Standard Carafe keeps heat sealed in so your coffee stays hot longer.
Care
Wash before first use and thoroughly after each use to ensure best results. Do not use wire or abrasive brush for cleaning. After washing, let individual components air dry. Body is dishwasher safe, plastic pieces top rack dishwasher safe. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not fill with more than 33oz of liquid. Not for use on a stovetop.
CAUTION: Use caution with hot liquids and keep out of reach of children. Choking hazard, may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years.
Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business day of purchase, M-F. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact at hello@miir.com.
MiiR uses FedEx, UPS, and USPS (depending on the best rate) for shipments within the contiguous United States unless an expedited option is selected by the customer.
2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 7:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

Great carafe to transport or hold pour over coffee while making more. Perfect for what I wanted. The pour over function of the carafe itself is rather bogus. This is a fairly large carafe yet the pour over cone only holds enough grounds for maybe half a fill at best. Then, using the collar around the cone to pour from is delicate as the thin metal cone itself is lightning hot. Very glad I bought the 360 lid for this and intended on transferring from my main pour over station into this for guests.

We started using a Glass Chemex brewer in our travel trailer, but I always worried that the roads we take might cause a shatter. So, I put the glass Chemex in our stationary home, and replaced it with this. It is not going to shatter, it keeps the coffee warmer when it is cold! Wait, I have not tested this. I do pre-warm it when rinsing the MiiR paper filter with boiling water, but I never worry about shatter. Glass does display the coffee better, but my wife doesn’t care. The coffee isn’t ever bitter or sour, which turns her off if it is. So, yes: it is good.
