Care

Hand Grinder:  Not for use with anything other than coffee beans. Not dishwasher safe. Do not freeze. Do not microwave. Do not bleach.

Tomo: Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended with a small brush to clean under center button. Lid top rack dishwasher safe. Do not disassemble lid

Pourigami: Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach.

360 Traveler: Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended with a small brush to clean under center button. Lid top rack dishwasher safe. Do not disassemble lid, do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not overfill.

CAUTION: When Tomo is open, liquid can be poured from anywhere around the rim. Use caution with hot liquids and always close lid when not in use. Hand wash 360 Traveler is recommended, with a small brush to clean under center button. 360 Lids are top rack dishwasher safe. Not for use with carbonated beverages. Keep out of reach of children. Choking hazard, may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address.  A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.

Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.

Exceptions may occur during peak times (holidays, sales, special events, etc). If there is a question regarding your order, we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at hello@miir.com. 

Shipping to Hawaii 

Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.
