Pack up your used MiiR gear (no more than 10 pounds), ship it back to us using the prepaid label, and once we receive and inspect your kit, we’ll email you a $20 store credit. Good toward your next MiiR purchase of equal or more value.

How it works

1. Order your Re:Claimed Takeback kit
2. Rinse items free of any food or drink residue
3. Pack your used MiiR bottles, tumblers, or lids (up to 10 lbs}
4. Affix the prepaid shipping label and drop it off at a qualifying location
5. Return prepaid kit back to us

6. Receive a $20 store credit via email upon receipt and inspection

Do I have to pay for shipping?

MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address.  A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.

Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.

Exceptions may occur during peak times (holidays, sales, special events, etc). If there is a question regarding your order, we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at hello@miir.com. 

Shipping to Hawaii 

Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.
