Care
Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended, do not use abrasive cleanser or wire brushes. Lid top rack dishwasher safe. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not overfill. Left unwashed, dark liquids will stain.
CAUTION: Choking hazard, may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years. When filled with hot liquids and keep hot liquids out of reach of children. *Note the Press-fit Slide Lid is not leakproof.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days (M-F) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
Orders with personalized items take 3-5 business days to be processed.

United StatesFunctional, but a Bit Prosaic
The tumbler works well generally, but isn't as secure as some of my others for holding my tea to drink later. However, in its favor, and the reason I bought it, is that it fits into my new car's cupholders, unlike my others. I also had a problem with the slide closure on the lid's loosening up, but Miir was very responsive to my telling them about the problem and not only replaced the slide, but gave me a free replacement lid. I'm very pleased with their customer service! Also, for a product from a "design-driven" company, I'm disappointed it's available only in black.

Love the Miir flip traveler - the 12 oz keeps my coffee quite hot for over 3 hours. I tried the enamel tumbler to have a neutral material for coffee at home but, disappointingly, it keeps the coffee warm for barely an hour. Even with the lid on and closed. I like the concept of the enamel over insulated stainless but the insulation just isn't the same as the regular stainless. The lack of sufficient insulation should be disclosed on the website. I'd return if I could.

I ordered a tumbler and a mug and both seem very light and cheaply made! Lids are poorly contructed and leak when used so I just had to toss them away! After a few uses I ended up disposing both into the recycle bin. I've tried all the main brands and Miir is the worst by far!

I've searched for a travel mug that doesn't hold the coffee smell-and the TruEnamel stands up to the test. The glass on the outside makes the mug less ruff and tumble, but it's more sturdy that a ceramic mug from the cupboard by far. I would have liked to see a more secure lid, this mug can't be tipped more than 45° without some spilling taking place. Overall: TruEnamel Tumbler is worth it, but hoping for an upgrade to the lid.
