Product Description

Care
Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended, do not use abrasive cleanser or wire brushes. Lid top rack dishwasher safe. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not overfill. Left unwashed, dark liquids will stain.
CAUTION: Choking hazard, may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years. When filled with hot liquids and keep hot liquids out of reach of children. *Note the Press-fit Slide Lid is not leakproof.
Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business day of purchase, M-F. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact at hello@miir.com.
MiiR uses USPS on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless an expedited option is selected by the customer.
2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 11:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping to Hawaii
All orders shipping to Hawaii will ship USPS unless the customer selects an expedited service. Air freight to Hawaii has become very limited and as a result orders shipping to Hawaii may take an additional three weeks when traveling by boat.

Really enjoying the new trueenamel tumbler, has a very slick finish and is easy to clean. Only negative so far is the gasket should have been designed slightly thicker as it pops out a little too easily as the finish is so smooth on the interior.

Nice mug, but don't see the value in the enamel coated mug versus the non-coated. Coated just feels more fragile with little positive trade off. Assuming you're 'on the go' if you're buying a tumbler. This enamel doesn't feel like it will stand up to a mobile lifestyle.

Love the feel and look of the TruEnamel Tumbler, however it seems the enamel is a bit fragile. I noticed a small chip in the bottom and I did not drop it and don’t remember bumping it hard. Love the idea but the execution needs some work. I am a big fan of all the other Miir products I have purchased.

Whoever pitched adding enamel to an insulated tumbler deserves a big award. Nothing compares to the smoothness of enamel when you take a sip; its neutral flavour helps preserve the drink's quality. TruEnamel is a game-changer for reusable cups. I hope soon we get more options for sizes.
