Since 2010, giving has been built into every product we make. When our founders traveled to Liberia in 2011 and witnessed the water wells their first grants had funded, one question became impossible to ignore: why can't our customers see this too? That question became the MiiR Give Code™.
The Give Code™ is not a campaign or an add-on, but the mechanism that closes the loop between a purchase and a project.

Since 2016, MiiR has given $5.6 million to projects supporting clean water, public lands, and agricultural entrepreneurship, funding 150+ nonprofit partners across 5 continents. We've also donated 94,343 product units over the past ten years. None of it possible without our customers, team, and MiiR Custom partners!
But our commitment doesn’t stop there.
MiiR is building toward an independent MiiR Foundation, with plans to incorporate this year and begin issuing grants in 2027. MiiR’s generosity is not a campaign; it’s woven into the business itself. Our team is committed to this work and to sharing it openly as it grows – with our customers, nonprofit partners, and community, including you.
From idea to giving: How the Give Code works
Every product is created with purpose in mind. Once sold, a portion of revenue is earmarked for giving. MiiR's team identifies and vets nonprofit partners, issues grants, and tracks how their work strengthens communities — then shares it all openly. The Give Code™ is an invitation to see your contribution in action.
Clean water for kids
Since 2016, MiiR has donated more than $550,000 to Splash, which installs handwashing stations, promotes hygiene education, and partners with communities to bring clean water to urban schools worldwide. Read the full project story.
Empowering women through coffee entrepreneurship
Kula Project eradicates poverty by developing entrepreneurs in Rwanda's coffee communities. Their Fellowship Program combines agricultural support, income diversification, and business coaching. In 2024, MiiR contributed $75,000 — supporting 606 Fellows and 304 households that year alone. Explore their work here.
