Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business day of purchase, M-F. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact at hello@miir.com.
MiiR uses FedEx, UPS, and USPS (depending on the best rate) for shipments within the contiguous United States unless an expedited option is selected by the customer.
2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 7:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

I was so excited to receive this coffee pot. The heat retention is excellent, the size is great, but it drips terribly while pouring. Very disappointed.

While the coffee press itself and being able to remove the coffee grounds after brewing are novel in concept, the execution in manufacturing this press widely missed the mark. As has been pointed out in other reviews, you can't pour a cup of coffee without spilling some on your counter as the spout was poorly designed. Be prepared to wipe your counter and the coffee pot after each pour. The grounds basket doesn't fit snugly into the coffee pot and so grounds will inevitably end up in your coffee. When you press the plunger into the grounds basket, grounds escape from the basket into your coffee. Taking the basket out gets most of the grounds but you will still have grounds in your coffee and on the walls of your coffee pot. While the insulated pot is stylish and will keep your coffee warm, it is definitely not worth $75 price tag.

I haven't written a review for anything in years but this product is absolutely AWFUL. I love my MiiR mug and figured I'd splurge on a nice French press and am incredibly disappointed. It's like they didn't bother to product test this at ALL. The pour spout design is terrible and I spill coffee on my counter EVERY SINGLE TIME I POUR as it runs down the side of the press. There is a basket included for the grinds but it doesn't seal well inside and I get more grinds in my coffee using this French press than the $15 Homegoods checkout line French press I now use daily. Bottom line, if you want a good insulated French press, look elsewhere, or just make your coffee and pour it into a thermos until you're ready for that second cup. If I could give this ZERO STARS I would! I asked for this item as a gift and can't return it. I feel bad that my mom spent $100 on this worthless item. If I could return it I would in a heartbeat (I still have the original packaging if anyone from MiiR is watching!).

Unfortunately this misses the mark. I like the idea of the removable canister, but it’s fairly difficult to remove when you’re dealing with hot liquid. I also feel like the plastic connection to the plunger will inevitably break due to the forced required to remove the canister. I really like the overall look of the produce, but the utility is questionable.
