🚘 Airport Pickup Information
If you opted in for transportation service, you will be greeted at baggage claim at your arrival airport. Your greeter will be holding a tablet with a welcome sign featuring the MiiR X logo. Your greeter will assist with luggage and direct you to your driver.

Did your flight change or cancel?
Text or call Wagner at 323-455-6347 and we will coordinate the change with ground transportation.
Any delays are being tracked in real time so no need to notify us if your flight is delayed.

Airstream Check-In

🔑 Once you arrive at AutoCamp, check in at the Clubhouse to retrieve your room keys.

👉 You’ll need to provide a photo ID and your credit card for any incidental charges. 👈

🛏️ Note: Autocamp does not have turndown service, but you can request things like fresh towels from the front desk.

✅ What’s included with your registration
- Guest room rate, taxes, and parking are covered by MiiR X from Sunday to Thursday (for Global Distributors) or Monday to Thursday (for all other attendees). Any other nights stayed at AutoCamp will be at your own expense
- Group meals from Sunday night (if Global Distributor) or Monday night (if CustoMiiR) to Thursday morning
- Transfers to and from the airport (if pre-arranged with MiiR X organizers)

⛔ What’s not included with your registration
- Air travel
- Gratuities
- Items purchased on the property and in your guest room
- Food and beverages outside of the scheduled MiiR X meals and refreshments 

Event Check-In

🎟️ After checking in to your room, you’ll need to pick up your badge and a few other goodies at the MiiR X registration area, located:

- On the Patio for Global Distributors that arrive on Sunday (9/18) or
- The designated reg desk in the Clubhouse for CustoMiiRS arriving on Monday (9/19)

🟢 Registration is open from 3pm - 5pm on both Sunday (9/18) and Monday (9/19). Arriving after that time? Please ping us on the MiiR X WhatsApp and we’ll make arrangements to check you in after hours.

🚨 Important note:

- You’ll need to wear your badge during all MiiR X-related activities (including the off-site excursions).

It can get toasty in September in the desert. We will have a number of outdoor activities but are planning those for early morning and evening when temps are cooler. Outdoor learning and networking happens in the shade with misters to keep you comfortable and protected. In September, the average high temperature runs around 86’ F (30′ C), with lows averaging around 70’F (21’C).

MiiR X is designed to be an informal and relaxed environment. Come as you are and wear what makes you most comfortable. Here is a recommended list of items to pack for comfort in the desert:

- Sunscreen – Ditch the 30 SPF for 50 SPF. The desert sun doesn’t play. We also recommend sunscreen sticks or lotions over sprays, as the desert can be a windy place

- A hat – One that will provide protection and stay on when things get a bit breezy

- Sunglasses – Preferably polarized to deflect reflections off the light-colored rocks. Non-metal sunnies are best (otherwise the metal can get scorching hot from the sun and burn your face. Ouch!)

- Protective Layers – Layers in the heat? Yes! A loose, lightweight long sleeve shirt and a pair of pants that will keep your skin from burning, actually helping keep you cool.

- Light Hiking or Comfortable Closed-Toe Sneakers – We’ll be traversing through some desert terrain. You’ll want these for protection and comfort

- “Desert Chic Attire” – Our closing dinner is truly a unique experience that calls for a little flair. Interpret desert chic as you will. Dress it up a little. You do you!

- Slip-on Sandals – For lounging around the pool

- Swimsuit – Speaking of pool, Tuesday night brings a Pool Party in the evening. Have your swimsuit on hand in case you want to dive in (optional)

- Handheld misting fan – Bring it for your comfort. You’ll thank us later (optional)

- Binoculars – So many views to take in! (optional)

- Open heart and open mind – Required for a transformational experience and connection to community ♥️

AutoCamp has complimentary Wi-Fi across the property. Connection details will be provided upon arrival.

This is your time to disconnect from technology and connect with your peers in a unique setting.

Plan to fully participate in sessions and activities. Share your insights, challenges, and feedback. The experience is only as good as the quality of the contributions to the conversation.

Everyone should feel comfortable at the event and in our spaces. Masks are not required, but individuals are welcome to wear masks if they prefer. We will have some masks and COVID tests available upon request. We’ll also have additional sanitation stations at all of our sessions and meal functions.

Folks who identify with any of the below scenarios are asked to cancel their MiiR X trip:

- Individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or the health care team responsible for their treatment.

- Individuals who test positive for COVID-19 must quarantine for five days and submit a negative test result prior to being able to attend MiiR X. Individuals who believe they may have been exposed to COVID-19 during the last fourteen (14) days or who have tested positive for COVID-19 should refer to, and are required to abide by, the Current Safety Measures adopted by the State of California at www.covid19.ca.gov and follow the steps outlined.
