Product Description

Care
Wash before first use. Hand wash recommended. Lid top rack dishwasher safe. Do not freeze, do not microwave, do not bleach, do not overfill.
CAUTION: Choking hazard, may contain small parts not suitable for children under 3 years. When filled with hot liquids and keep hot liquids out of reach of children. *Note the Press-fit Slide Lid is not leakproof.
Shipping & Returns
Do I have to pay for shipping?
MiiR offers free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States for orders $75 and over. Standard ground orders under $75 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 USD. Expedited and international rates, if applicable, will be calculated in the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. A shipping charge will be applied to your final order in all other scenarios.
When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business day of purchase, M-F. Exceptions may occur if there is a question regarding your order, in which case we will contact you directly. If you have questions about your order, please contact at hello@miir.com.
MiiR uses FedEx, UPS, and USPS (depending on the best rate) for shipments within the contiguous United States unless an expedited option is selected by the customer.
2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 7:00 AM PST for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 7:00 AM PST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping to Hawaii
Shipments to Hawaii will be automatically upgraded to a 2-day delivery service. Furthermore, please note that shipping remains free for orders over $75.

I’m sorry to see that a 12 oz Miir Climate mug is not as tough as I had hoped. I’ve only had it a couple of months and the clear coat is bubbling and peeling. Not sure if it’s safe to use now. I read now that hand washing is recommended. I didn’t know that before, so it was washed on the top rack of our dishwasher 4 or 5 times. I have treated this mug no differently than several other Miir mugs I’ve had for years. They’re still holding up fine. This one is not, which is too bad as I love not having a handle on a mug that’s so well insulated. And expensive. :(
United StatesSolid piece. Feels good in your hand, but c’mon MiiR! Splurge a bit on the lid! So flimsy. I see you, selling the slide clear cap on the side, but for $24.95+tax and shipping you should be giving us the nice lid! I’d still recommend.

I bought this cup to serve as a “camp cup.” I put that in air quotes because I have the actual camp cup but wanted a similar size and heft without the handle so it could nest in my cook-pot for backpacking, etc. This cup is perfect. It works in the evening for adult beverages around a campfire and in the morning for coffee. Thank you, Miir for making a great product.
